NAMASTE is the new trade show specifically designed for retailers who carry Metaphysical, Spiritual, Inspiring, Fair Trade, and Magickal books, music, and gift related products. COVR and many key publishers have already committed a booth.
A three day trade show, NAMASTE is not open to the public. Attendees and exhibitors are from the New Age, Metaphysical, New Thought class of trade.
This is an excellent opportunity to introduce your title(s) to both Brick and Mortar Retailers and eRetailers who will attend the Show!
Have Your Title(s) Represented in the EWBP booth.
• The author participation fee is $125.00 for the First Title, $60.00 for the Second Title, $35 for the Third Title and each additional title.
• The fee provides the opportunity to have your title(s) seen by retailers from across the nation.
• EWBP will manage the table and actively present all titles to prospective retailers.
• NAMASTE participation fee payment due to EWBP by April 19th, 2026.

Information for NAMASTE 2026
There is not an additional fee to the author for the book signing event. The only author cost is your giveaway book copies. NAMASTE suggests 50 to 80 copies of your title(s) on hand for giveaway at the book signing, however the author can determine the number of copies they wish to give away at the signing.
The author will receive a free Show pass. Please note, INATS only allows book signing events for authors who are affiliated with an exhibiting publisher.
If you have confirmed Empowered Whole Being Press booth participation, believe you will be available to attend the Show, and wish to schedule a NAMASTE book signing event, please confirm by April 24th.

NAMASTE creates goodie bags for the retailer attendees…another great way to have your title(s) seen!
